Subject: [TRU reminder] SEMCOG holding public meetings on AA-Detroit this week
Reminder - SEMCOG will be holding public meetings about the Ann Arbor to Detroit rapid transit project this week:
For more information about the meetings, contact SEMCOG at (313) 961-4266. If you are unable to attend the meetings, you can also share your thoughts, questions and concerns with SEMCOG at infoservices at semcog.org. These meetings will be good opportunities to ask questions of SEMCOG staff and consultants, as well as to share your enthusiasm for the project.
SEMCOG responded to TRU's concerns about lack of information and posted more details about their cost estimates on their website - http://www.annarbordetroitrapidtransitstudy.com/news/study_reports.aspx.
If you have questions about TRU's position on this project and SEMCOG's latest information, please reply to this message and I'll send you more information or answer any questions I can.
If you are able to attend, please let me know how it goes. TRU representatives won't be able to attend all three meetings. Thanks!!
