  What is even more shocking is, that John Perkins, the allegedly reformed economic hit man, when asked by one of my 9/11 Truth colleagues on his spring book tour about possible US government complicity in 9/11, refused to address it.  He instead proceeded to lead his audience at Seattle's University Bookstore in a visualization of a global network of transnational corporations as a benignant purple octopus covering the planet with its tentacles!   

Some research revealed that the purple octopus was used by the Populist Party during the Gilded Age a century ago as a symbol of not-so-benignant corporate interests reined in by reformist legislation they helped enact during the presidency of Theodore Roosevelt!
   
  In short, this suave, self-styled economic hit man may now be a double agent consciously using archetypal mind manipulation techniques to program mass acceptance of global corporate dominance!
