Hi All,

Help spread the word on this year's Solar Tour - and join us for a special
presentation in the Environmental House:

National Solar Tour
October 7th 10:00 a.m.-4 p.m.
The 11th Annual American Solar Energy Society's National Solar Tour will
open thousands of homes and buildings in 44 states to provide the public
with an opportunity to experience solar power, solar heating, cooling, and
hot water, wind power, daylighting, and green building technologies.

In Michigan, regional solar tours will offer local examples of successful
solar installations. For a listing of tour sites, including site addresses
and directions, please visit the Great Lakes Renewable Energy Association's
(GLREA) Web site at http://www.glrea.org/. Tour sites will continue to be
added as the event draws near, so check in on the Web frequently! Be sure to
stop by one or more of the tour sites to see how well renewable energy and
sustainable building technologies can work in Michigan.
