[SusDet Announce] reclaimed cedar?

hello,
does anyone know of a more or less local source for reclaimed cedar (aka 
resawn phone poles)? or other <local & affordable> similar sustainable 
weather resistant wood ? I have also been looking for sources of Black 
Locust; the EnHouse has some.
