Do you know anyone who'd like to live in a beautiful flat that's close 
to the cultural center, downtown and the medical center and only had one 
heat bill that was over $100 this past year?

As we prepare to move out, we're looking for folks to rent our place. 
We'd love to start renting by July 1, but could be flexible.

Better yet, if you're looking for someone to share the place with, we 
have someone else who might be interested in sharing the space.

It's a great neighborhood (with some of the city's most amazing 
activists as well), in a convenient location, with a big yard and a
