FYI, Carol, your reply only came to me, not the O2 group. I'm including
them in my reply to you.

I agree with you about writing letters to the press AND to community groups
AND to the city government itself. Maybe PIRGIM can help?

Also, I plan to LIE about my address and say I live in the City Of Detroit
not some suburb because the city officials won't care if the letters come
from a bunch of white environmentalists from Ferndale, Royal Oak and
Birmingham.

Hmmm anybody have any ideas how we should get started on this and reach out
to Detroit community groups that could be sympathetic?
